Stephen Bozzo is 1-800-FLOWERS.COM’s Chief Information Office, a position he assumed in April, 2007. Steven is responsible for all aspects of IT Planning, Development, Delivery Management, Infrastructure, and E-Commerce. In addition, Mr. Bozzo is responsible for the management of the award winning 1-800-FLOWERS.COM Customer Service Center.
Prior to joining the company, Bozzo served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the International division of MetLife Insurance Company, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of MetLife locations in 17 countries. Before MetLife, he held positions at Bear Stearns as Managing Director, AIG as Senior Vice President of Telecommunications and Technical Services, and Chase Manhattan Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Telecommunications.
Stephen Bozzo is a mentor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. He has been a member of many associations including the Board of Directors for the Security Industry Association Technology Committee, the Education Committee of the International Communications Association, the Advisory Board for New York City Technical College, Director of the Wall Street Telecommunications Association, the Board of Directors of Forgotten Voices International, the Board of Directors of Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTNET) and is co-chair of the LISTNET CIO Council.
